  Alex was amazing! He saved the day!! We had our battery in our car die and had to get it fix asap. Alex was at our house in 30 minutes. We needed a new battery and he had one with him and replaced it in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. He was kind and understanding. We couldn't of ask for better! We will definitely use his service again if we need help. He will be the first we call.

  Alex has got to be one of the best independent business owners out there at what he does so many companies turned us away saying they had no drivers for the evening but not Alex he’s his own boss, answers his own calls, and takes care of his own business all by himself. Truly a respectable caring man without a doubt, we were stranded I had just bought a motorcycle needed a patch because we caught a flat and also I guess having it on so long I needed a jump. Companies wanted to tow us for our 40 something mile trip back home quoting us so much money rather than helping us on the side of the road. So grateful for Alex a true professional at what he does was able to fix everything & get us back home in one piece he drove over 30 mins to get to us and his pricing was more than fair, it literally shocked me because he could’ve charged an arm and a leg truly we would’ve had no choice but to pay.   Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. The reassurance that Mason gave that not only was he on the way but we were in safe hands was refreshing. The price was perfect and his up to date communication with how close he was made this scary experience bearable. When you leave a weekend from Disney World you don’t expect a tire blow out yet I was grateful that Mason’s road side assistance was able to get us up and moving again.
